Ingredients
- Four 5 oz salmon fillets
- 250 mL Le Grec Balsamic salad dressing
Steps
- Marinate salmon fillets in salad dressing for 3 hours (24 hours for best results).
- Remove salmon from marinade.
- Wrap salmon in aluminum foil and cook in centre of 350 °F oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve on rice with seasonal vegetables.
