Le Grec’s Balsamic Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • Four 5 oz salmon fillets
  • 250 mL Le Grec Balsamic salad dressing

Steps

  1. Marinate salmon fillets in salad dressing for 3 hours (24 hours for best results).
  2. Remove salmon from marinade.
  3. Wrap salmon in aluminum foil and cook in centre of 350 °F oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve on rice with seasonal vegetables.
